This role will be responsible to manage and secure functions in Penang and Kedah region. This includes training and supervising third party promoters deployed at various functions and events, as well as collating statistics for reporting purposes.


  • Achieve function sales targets for region.
  • Manage functions and events, liaise closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Train & supervise third party promoters deployed at various functions and events.
  • Collate statistics for reporting purposes. 


  • SPM or equivalent with credit in English. A recognized University Degree and/or with line management experience and training would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with experience in sales, events coordination or in the F&B/hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, main Chinese dialects, and English.
  • Pleasant, outgoing, and sociable personality.
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
  • Possess a valid car driving license.
