Assists, manage and coordinate visa application and immigration management for expatriates and support HR operational matters.

Responsibilities:

Budget

  • ·     The role does not have any budgetary accountability

Global Mobility Coordinator 

  • Coordinate the end-to-end immigration process mainly for Supply Chain projects and other global assignments, including visa applications and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with local immigration and tax regulations in collaboration with the service providers.
  • Monitor the movements of expatriates and act as the main liaison with project managers and third-party vendors to ensure smooth coordination on immigration matters.
  • Track and manage invoices related to global mobility services, ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment.
  • Identify the compliance risks, recommend solutions and corrective actions.

HR Assistant 

  • Support HR Operational matters.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, policies, or HR processes.
  • Support and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.
  • Support documentation for audits and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Others

  • Support administrative tasks in Supply Chain department
  • Assume responsibility for any ad-hoc tasks as directed
  • Collaborate with other internal and external resources as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in global mobility and HR operations.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in managing expatriates or immigration documents will be added advantage 
  • Mature, independent and results-oriented
  • Possess strong organisation skill and meticulous with numbers
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
