Key Account Executive (Central/Perak)

Role Overview

Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers for stores.
  • Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships.
  • Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies.
  • Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activation.
  • Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability.
  • Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance.
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best.
  • Has a good understanding of different sales techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter.
  • Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc).
  • Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage.
  • Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred.

Workplace

Central/Perak, MY

Working Time

Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 5pm

Friday 8:15am - 4pm
