Marketing (Media & Digital):
- Implement marketing initiatives to achieve objectives of the brand
- Support in marketing and brand planning process
- Ensure marketing activities is in accordance with the agreed brand positioning strategy
- Support in driving agency objectives, conduct reviews and subsequent action plans for improvements in media and digital plans
- Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Group Communications) and partners (agencies)
- Responsible for managing marketing budget for the brand, track Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure that spending is within the allocated budget.
- Produce various marketing reports daily, weekly and monthly
- Maintain a good record on marketing reports and expenses
- Analyse reports and provide insights to line manager and the team from time to time
- Assume responsibility and ad-hoc tasks as directed by line manager and/ or Management
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar qualification.
Maintenance:
- Carry out preventative maintenance and routine scheduling servicing in accordance with the COM and manufacturers recommendations.
- Deal with machine breakdowns and effect repairs to ensure minimum down time.
- Trouble shoot and fault find any defects on machines and carry out repairs as necessary.
- Involve in line overhaul scheduling work may be needed from time to time
- Involve maintenance document updating accordance COM requirement
- Updating and maintaining accurate information on the company IT maintenance systems.
- Management of maintenance & repair sub contractors (as and when required)
- Active to have good 5S housekeeping standard in maintenance department
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company.
- Carry out other reasonable requests made by the line manager to support departmental or company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety are complied with.
- Observe and comply with all good working practices.
With Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
Finance (Supply Chain Controlling):
- Understand costing of the product and analyse reason for cost increase/ reduce
- Support on monthly financial analysis and financial report relation to COGS (Cost Of Goods Sold), FOH (Factory Overhead) & Logistics cost.
- Support the monthly closing activities such as journal voucher preparation, CFFR (Control Framework over Financial Reporting) documentation, CapEx (capital expenditure) closing and other assigned activities.
- Assist on CapEx (capital expenditure) management to ensure all relevant supporting document and company assets are registered and well maintain in the Fixed Asset Register.
- Involve on quarterly and annual budgeting cycle as well as annual audit key matters.
- Assist in online application of tax incentive for export customer
- Involve in other adhoc projects/analysis as assigned i.e sales volume, cost
Degree in any relevant field
Organisational Development:
- Manage end-to-end implementation of in-house Learning & Development programmes in line with the learning calendar, including communication with participants, providers, and HRDCorp process administration
- Manage end-to-end external training requests from various functions including payment processing
- Support execution of engagement initiatives driven by People & Culture Department
- Prepare write-ups for communications and activity updates related to employee engagement events
- Plan and execute new employee orientation for new hires to establish great employee experience from the start of employee life cycle
- Administer and maintain records of LinkedIn Learning, master learning records, HRDCorp allocation and utilisation tracker and all Organisational Development (OD) related reporting and trackers
Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, Psychology, any other similar certification
Financial Recovery & Compliance:
Legal & Financial Recovery
- Assist with drafting and issuance of legal documents
- Assist and participate in monthly risk assessment meetings
- Liaising with external lawyers on litigation matters and preparation of monthly legal report
- Will have the opportunity to learn & work on financial recovery matters, including negotiations, settlement
- arrangements, forecasting & analysis of monthly recovery figures and others
- Assist and participate with internal and external audit exercise as and when needed
- Work with internal & external stakeholders on collecting data for day-to-day
Compliance
- Assist on compliance activities such as trainings and event
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on tasks required for ISO certification such as assisting on drafting
- policy, controls, and facilitating audits
Others
- Assist on administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Minimum Degree in Finance or Law, any other similar qualification
