Brand Marketing

Executing marketing activities from start to finish according to the approved marketing plan. Includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and monitoring payment processes

• End-to-end implementation of marketing activities based on marketing plan approved by marketing manager
• Liaise with cross functional team to ensure marketing activities are carried out on time
• Keep track on payment status and ensure all payments are processed on time

Minimum Degree in Marketing, business management, any other similar qualification.

Supports continuous improvement initiatives within the organization focusing on operational excellence, manufacturing, or operational functions. This hands-on digitalization applications and structured training, real project work, and cross-functional teamwork to build foundational skills and drive business performance.

• Support improvement projects across operations, or commercial processes.
• Analyse data and identify inefficiencies, to optimize performance (time studies, process flow mapping, cost efficiency).
• Familiar with Continuous Improvement/Excellence in manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions & data analysis.
• Carry out other reasonable requests made by the manager to support departmental or company objective.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain Management or any other similar qualification.

Quality Assurance (Quality System)

Ensure that process and products meet established standards, food safety safety regulations, and customer requirements. This role needs to frequently update documentation, assist with audits, monitor system compliance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

• Understand the end-to-end QA process and SOP for manufacturing industry.
• To assist in hygiene management programme, ISO & HACCP audit compliance, ISO documentation in Quality and Food Safety Management.
• Support in project and validation activities.
• Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
  

Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/Food Science or any similar qualification.

Quality Assurance (Chemical Lab & Sensory)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support Chemical Lab & Sensory in Quality Department. This role provides hands-on experience in laboratory testing, sample preparation, sensory evaluation, and data documentation. 

Chemical Laboratory Support

•          Assist in preparing chemical reagents, solutions, and samples for analysis.
•          Operate basic laboratory equipment such as analytical balances, pH meter and ovens (training provided).
•          Maintain cleanliness and safety within the lab, following proper chemical handling and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
•          Assist in 5S activities in lab and lab retention room (assist in sample labelling, coding, and traceability tasks).

Sensory Evaluation Support

•          Assist in organizing sensory sessions and preparing product samples.
•          Help collect and compile sensory data for reporting.
•          Ensure sensory room compliance with hygiene and testing protocols.

Documentation and Reporting

•          Support documentation for new product development and trials. 
•          Maintain inventory of lab consumables, chemicals, and sensory materials.
