Carlsberg Excellence

We’re looking for curious, hands‑on, and driven individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee in Carlsberg Excellence. This is your chance to support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions, while experiencing how digitalization and smart processes drive performance.

Through structured training, real project work, and cross‑functional teamwork, you’ll build foundational skills and see how data and decisions come together to deliver operational excellence. If you enjoy solving problems, applying digital tools, and making things run better, faster, and smarter — this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support improvement by contributing to projects across operational and commercial processes.
  • Analyse data and identify inefficiencies, to optimize performance (time studies, process flow mapping, cost efficiency).
  • Apply excellence practices by leveraging Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methods in manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance by following company policies, including Health and Safety standards.
  • Support objectives by carrying out reasonable requests from your manager to help achieve departmental and company goals.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Supply Chain Management or any other similar qualification.

Treasury (Finance)

We are looking for an Internship, Finance (Treasury) to support treasury and banking operations. You will gain hands-on experience in general ledger clearing, journal entry postings, and monthly bank reconciliations, while assisting with internal control processes and audit-related activities. You will also support year-end audit requirements, including bank confirmations and documentation handling, working closely with internal stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting bank general ledger (G/L) clearing activities.
  • Assisting in posting bank-related journal entries.
  • Providing support for Control Framework Over Financial Reporting (CFFR) submissions.
  • Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Supporting other treasury-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or any other similar qualification.

Finance Operation (AP & AR)

We are looking for an Internship, Finance Operations (AP & AR) to support daily accounts payable and accounts receivable activities while gaining hands-on experience in invoice processing, reconciliations, payments, and ERP finance operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to month-end and audit processes in a dynamic FMCG environment. What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) operations by processing invoices, preparing payments, and assisting with vendor reconciliations.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable (AR) activities including customer invoicing, receipt processing, account clearing, and aging analysis.
  • Perform finance reconciliations by supporting monthly bank, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Contribute to month-end and audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
  • Gain exposure to ERP systems through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and finance operational improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other similar qualification.

Commercial Controlling (Finance)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Commercial Controlling team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to commercial finance, financial governance, and business partnering. You will support contract management, claims verification, commercial spending approvals, CAPEX reviews, and compliance activities while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective financial controls and accurate documentation. If you are eager to learn, enjoy working with numbers, and are passionate about financial analysis and process improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Commercial Claims & Contract Management – Review and verify distributor claims, ensure supporting documents are complete, and assist in maintaining accurate contract records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with Commercial Spending Controls – Support the review of Function Approval Forms (FAF) and Trade Discount (T-DIS) requests to ensure spending is properly approved and aligned with commercial guidelines.
  • Support CAPEX Reviews – Assist in the annual CAPEX impairment assessment by reviewing supporting documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  •  Maintain Financial Governance & Compliance – Help ensure commercial transactions and documentation comply with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare & Maintain Documentation – Organise, track, and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate Across Functions – Work closely with Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day commercial controlling activities and resolve operational queries.
  • Contribute to Process Improvements – Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support Ad Hoc Projects – Take on additional assignments and projects to gain broader exposure to commercial finance and business operations.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other similar qualification.

HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

We’re looking for detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment). This is an opportunity to support workplace safety and compliance initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to safety management practices in a manufacturing environment.

Through structured training, practical workplace exposure, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll gain experience in safety inspections, audits, chemical and PPE management, and contractor safety onboarding. If you are passionate about creating a safe workplace, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support workplace safety inspections and audits to uphold safety compliance and best practices.
  • Assist in site chemical management, including proper handling, storage, and record maintenance.
  • Support the management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist in coordinating safety inductions, training sessions, and contractor management activities.
  • Participate in safety improvement initiatives, projects, campaigns, and engagement activities to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or any other similar qualification.
