Mr. Rychkov brings with him over 16 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

He joined Carlsberg in January 2007 as Brewing & Production Operator in Kazakhstan and since then Sergey has progressed his career with increasing roles and responsibilities in Kazakhstan.

Under his leadership, significant improvements were made in the areas of Quality, implementation of Carlsberg Operations Manuals and Excellence standards, cost reduction, labor productivity and procurement savings.
