Mr Solomon joined Carlsberg in June 2026 as Supply Chain Director, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations in Malaysia, spanning planning, production, logistics, and procurement.

He brings over 25 years of experience across diverse industries and Asia Pacific markets, with a strong track record in optimising end-to-end supply chain performance.

His expertise in change management, capability building, and customer-centric supply chain strategies has consistently driven high-performing teams and sustainable business results. Prior to joining Carlsberg Malaysia, he served as Vice President, Supply Chain Management at DKSH Holdings, where he led the Consumer Goods and Healthcare segments. He has also held senior supply chain leadership roles at multinational corporations, including B. Braun Medical Industries, Cargill SEA, Campbell Soup Malaysia, and British American Tobacco, Malaysia & Singapore.
