Carlsberg Excellence/Continuous Improvement

We’re looking for curious, hands‑on, and driven individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee in Carlsberg Excellence. This is your chance to support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions, while experiencing how digitalization and smart processes drive performance.

Through structured training, real project work, and cross‑functional teamwork, you’ll build foundational skills and see how data and decisions come together to deliver operational excellence. What you’ll be doing

•      Support improvement projects across operations, or commercial processes.
•      Analyse data and identify inefficiencies, to optimize performance (time studies, process flow mapping, cost efficiency).
•      Familiar with Continuous Improvement/ Excellence in manufacturing.
•      Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs to support continuous improvement.
•      Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions & data analysis.
•      Carry out other reasonable requests made by the manager to support departmental or company objective.
•      Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Supply Chain Management or any other similar qualification.

Supply Chain Controlling (Finance)

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Controlling Intern to support the Finance team in analysing and monitoring key supply chain costs. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis and reporting related to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Factory Overhead (FOH), and logistics costs, while also supporting CAPEX documentation, fixed asset management, budgeting, and audit-related activities. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world experience in a dynamic organisation, we welcome you to apply and be part of our team.

What you'll be doing

• Support monthly financial analysis and reporting for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Factory Overhead (FOH), and logistics costs.
• Assist in CAPEX documentation to ensure completeness of supporting records.
• Support fixed asset management to ensure proper registration and maintenance of company assets.
• Assist in quarterly and annual budgeting processes, as well as audit-related activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
