Qualifications requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
• Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 and above, 2nd Class Upper or equivalent
• Proven leadership in extra-curricular activities
• Less than 1-year work experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Malaysian citizens

Phase 1 - Online Application

Phase 2 - Online Assessment
An online assessment will conduct for those who shortlisted.


Phase 3 - Game Day
This day is an opportunity for you to learn more about Carlsberg and for us to assess your skills within your respective functional competencies with cases and interviews.



Phase 4 - Final Interview
In the final stage of the recruitment process, successful applicants will be invited for a final interview with the respective function. This interview is to follow up on questions, learn about your working style preference and once more to assess the cultural match.
