To ensure uninterrupted Utilities supply for production activities and optimize performance of Utilities.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the maintenance of Utility Plant. Areas covered are:
  • HTW and Boiler System including Steam Generation
  • Cooling system i.e. Ammonia and Glycol
  • Compressed Air System
  • Cold Water Supply
  • Water Treatment Plant
  • CO2 Plant
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant
• Daily maintenance ( electrical & mechanical ) for the following areas:
  • HTW system and Boiler Plant
  • Refrigeration System ( Ammonia and Glycol plant )
  • Cold Water Supply System
  • CO2 plant
  • Compressed Air System
  • Tube well plant / RO System
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant 
• When necessary/required, any workshop technology work. 
• When necessary/required, charging in/out bulk liquid CO2 from/to the tanker.
• When necessary/required, servicing of NH3 safety breathing apparatus and facemasks
• In addition to the above functions, the superior may, from time to time, instruct to carry out any other related functions that are deemed necessary.
• The functions may be added, changed or altered when deemed necessary.

Requirements: 

• 2-3 years working experience in maintenance preferably in Utilities.
• Working experience in electrical and mechanical preferred.
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechatronics.
• Sound technical knowledge and practice Kaizen.
• Basic computer savvy
• Able to work independently and as team player
• Proactive, anticipation of needs, speed up and responsive.
• Leadership qualities.
