Support in planning & implementation of Carls Shop (B2B) program roll out. Build capabilities and train customers, distributors and Sales team on Carls Shop (B2B) program and system functionalities. Liaise with regional technical support team.


  • Support in planning and implementation of Carls Shop program roll out (an online B2B ordering system)
  • Build capabilities and train customers, distributors and Sales team on Carls Shop (B2B) program and system functionalities
  • Liaise with regional technical support team
  • Identify the gaps and drive the pick-up rates of customers and distributors on using Carls Shop (B2B) program
  • Able to assist southern region sales team on the expansion of Carls Shop (B2B) program.


  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Proactive, strong sense of urgency, positive “can do” attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to help the department run smoothly and efficiently
  • Strong enthusiasm to drive results, demonstrated problem solving ability, maintaining a customer-first, continuous improvement orientation
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures.
  • Candidate with sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning & organizational skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic website system management knowledge will be added advantage
  • Must possess a valid full driving license
  • Extensive travelling is required for this role
