Japan’s No. 1 Beer Around The World Ignites Possibilities At Asia's Biggest Music Festival

More than 34,000 fans stormed the concert floors of Sepang International Circuit where Asahi Super Dry was the official beer sponsor for the most audacious music festival of the year – the Future Music Festival Asia 2013. Dubbed as the largest music festival to ever hit Southeast Asian shores, Malaysia was the only country to ever host Future Music Festival outside Australia.

On 15 March, fans of trance music and Armin Van Buuren had the time of their lives at the ‘A State of Trance 600: The Expedition World Tour’. The event on Day 1 was also dedicated solely to celebrate Armin’s legendary 600 ‘A State of Trance’ (ASOT600) show.

On the next day, FMFA saw one of the four Future Music Festival Asia 2013 stages featuring the likes of PSY, Rita Ora, Fun, Bloc Party, Temper Trap, Rudimental, Stafford Brothers, Timmy Trumpet, and Tenzin. On its other stage, was Prodigy, presenting their Warrior’s Dance Arena which featured songs such as Feed Me, Kill The Noise, Zeds Dead, and Borgore. The other international acts include world-renowned Dutch DJ Sidney Samson, Grammy Award nominee and trance superstar producer, Andy Moor, and the pride of Asia, Angger Dimmas, who has been picked up by the likes of Tiesto and Steve Aoki. Organizers added an Asian touch into the award-winning music festival with a host of regional and local acts have also been handpicked to showcase their talents.

The Future Music Festival Asia 2013 was also the official opening event for the Malaysian F1 Grand Prix week, organized by Future Entertainment Australia and Livescape Asia Sdn. Bhd. which is fully endorsed by Tourism Malaysia. This year, the event attracted over 7,000 tourists from abroad with fans from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, India and Europe arriving in droves for the festival.
