Provide administrative support for Carlsberg DMS & SFA system, conduct training to ensure all end user has sufficient knowledge operating sales system for daily work. Ensure all usage is accordance to company policies, gather feedback for system & operation improvement. Plan & drive all sales system related project. Act as key core team for all sales system project.

Responsibilities:

DMS SFA System Administration

  • Test, Rollout, and Administrate Mobility DMS SFA applications (but not limited to) to field force across the country.
  • Development & implementation of SFA modules for field sales force in line with business requirements. Responsible for facilitating end to end delivery of SFA solutions including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing vendors, UAT, rollout and user training.
  • Ensure smooth operations of DMS and SFA System with minimal downtime.
  • Create / maintain SOP for SFA Mobile devices.
  • Operate as a custodian of the SFA System and data in the system, maintaining correct DMS Master data/info.
  • Conduct various training sessions and/or provide materials for the field force to improve/adapt their capability and help improve their productivity using mobile digital tools.
  • Liaison and Coordinate with system vendors for module development, module enhancement, change management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders- Management, Sales, Marketing, Channel Marketing, Legal, Finance, IIT and vendor to understand and deliver business requirements for DMS SFA systems.

PBI

  • Maintaining/developing Power BI reports based on System data source.

B2B Project

  •  Assist and involve in B2B system on configuration and implementation work.

Image Recognition project:

  • Responsible in planning, configuring, and implementing Image Recognition solution (Global project) in Malaysia market.

 Requirements:

  • Graduates in management/IT/Computer science, 5-6 years experience in handling sales team & system.
  • 3 years plus experience in DMS/SFA (FMCG). Experience in implementation of Mobile/Tablet/ Android SFA application highly preferred.
  • Candidate with Business and IT sense will be added advantage.
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Inquisitiveness for IT tools, technology will be an added advantage.
