    The Job

    The successful candidate will report to the Sales Effectiveness Manager and assist him to manage Sales data analysis (targets & incentives), systems and training matters that include but not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Handling of Sales Force Automation System (e.g. system maintenance & enhancement)
  • Data analysis for periodic reviews
  • Managing monthly sales target setting and incentive calculation
  • Assist in preparation of training materials and conducting/facilitating Sales System Trainings
  • Managing ad hoc Sales training projects

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven sales record
  • Must be tenacious & have a sense of urgency
  • Extrovert and possess strong communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office applications, especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Occasional travelling to branch offices to deploy Sales systems/training
